Make your iPhone apps launch faster.

Step 1: Go to Settings > General > Accessibility. In the Interaction section and turn on AssistiveTouch.

Step 2: Go to the Home screen and move the AssistiveTouch menu icon to the lower-right corner of your screen.

Step 3: Open Spotlight search by swiping down on the Home screen. Note: This will move the AssistiveTouch menu icon from the bottom edge of the display to the top of the onscreen keyboard.

Step 4: Tap the screen to close Spotlight search. Note: This will move the AssistiveTouch icon back to the bottom edge of the screen. Doing this few times, moving the icon up and down, you will notice the SpringBoard animations are disabled.

Step 5: Try launching any app to see if the animations are gone. If not, repeat Steps 3 and 4 until it works.

Step 6: Turn off AssistiveTouch.
